Learn some essential skills!You will discover more about the importance of the first impression when applying to a school or for a job.
You will learn the following:
  • The importance of verbal and non-verbal communication in professional communication
  • Moment and ways how stress can be helpful
  • Techniques of coping with “negative” stress
  • Exercises and techniques to bring increase verbal and non-verbal communication competence
You will practice and analyse elevator pitch. You will also explore the types of stress – positive vs. negative and you will try out relaxation techniques to cope with stress.
