Badge Summit 2020: From badges to Cities of Learning

I have participated in a Badge Summit 2020 session hosted by the team of the Network of Cities and Regions of Learning. I learn about their story of how they started with digital Open Badges and now are scaling badges with Cities of Learning.
In this session, participants were able to learn about:
our reasons, motivations and conditions when starting first badging activities in Europe
examples of badge systems used in diverse learning pathways and contexts
transition from badge systems to learning eco-systems in Cities of Learning
links and reflections for future of learning
