What comes first into your mind when hearing the word “chores’?  According to the Cambridge Dictionary,  a chore is a job or piece of work that a job or piece of work that is often boring or unpleasant but needs to be done regularly. Chores are found into many levels of our life, starting from daily self care to practicing spiritual activities. There is no exhaustive list of chores, of course. 
Reflect of your chores on the following sectors. So, When you hear the words, what comes first in your mind? The worksheet can support you in finding the answers.

The Eisenhowe Matrix showed what is important or less important for you to accomplish first, and a secretary sounds like a great idea to keep the schedules and help you stay focused. Nice, but less probable, isn’t it? So, you have to visualize the task by yourself. You can use calendars, agendas or personal notes. Once you accomplish the tasks, fill them in a daily chore chart, so that you keep an evidence of your progress. This helps you stay focused and motivated to deal with tasks. 
Don’t forget to reward yourself for consistently accomplishing tasks!
