ETS Competence model in my youth work system

This badge confirms that I took part in the residential 10 hours long training seminar about the European Training Strategy, and I explored the systemic nature of the Competence model for youth workers. I explored specific competence areas and ways to develop this competence in Portugal. I became aware of how the potential of the ETS competence model for youth workers can be utilised in the Portuguese youth work system.
