You now know how to inspire others to get started with badges themselves. You have made an action plan to actually do this and you can get started!

To create this action plan, you first did some research. You have looked at examples and best practices from other organizations and gained inspiration from them. And you have entered into discussions with various organizations that issue badges and have inventoried how they have motivated their colleagues, target groups and other stakeholders to participate.

You then created an activity with which you integrated obtaining badges into your ambassadorship. This way you can show your own colleagues, target groups and stakeholders how fun and useful it is to work with badges.

Find at least 3 examples/best practices from other organisations. Write a short description of every example.

Interview 2 different organisations that issue badges. Ask them how they have inspired their colleagues, target groups and/or stakeholders to start using the platform. Upload the interviews.

Evidence verified by: one activity organiser

Make an action plan (max. 1.000 words). Write down your goal, target groups, and make a planning on when you will do what.

Create a new badge for people/organisations you want to inspire to start using the platform. Goal of the badge: people can earn this badge after you explain them about the open badges platform. To show them how the platform works and make them enthusiastic about it.
