Badge earner has explored the Empathy stage of the Design Thinking process and applied it to the context of designing a participant-centered treasure hunt. They have used empathy mapping to better understand their target group needs, emotions, motivations, and behaviors, allowing for a more engaging and purposeful treasure hunt experience.

By gaining insight into their target group's perspective, the earner is better equipped to craft meaningful clues, select fitting challenges, and design a thematic journey that resonates with the audience.
