Future Ready Business Coaches
Coach Pa Futuro (CPF) is a certification track for business coaches supporting Curaçao's entrepreneurs and businesses through digital and sustainable transformations. CPF coaches are a specialized group of 'Mi NEGOSHI' professional coaches, who have completed a required set of internationally recognized course and completed training in business coaching.
Why CPF?
Increasing the competitiveness and self-reliance of SMEs is essential. SMEs need support in this. That is why the Ministry of Economic Development (MEO) established Mi NEGOSHI Shared & Support Services (MNSSS). CPF is a program and quality label for Curaçaoan business coaches within the Mi NEGOSHI coaching program, focused on future-proof skills. To be able to work under that umbrella, the CPF has also been screened and approved by the Curaçao Stichting MKB Fondsen (Curaçao Foundation for SME Funds).
The goal of the CPF-program: Certify specialized coaches in digitalization and sustainability, offering them visibility, tools, and training to support future-proof SMEs.
Two CPF Specializations:
- Digitalization Coach – Focus on CRM, AI, data-driven decision-making, and enterprise systems.
- Sustainability Coach – Focus on resource efficiency, circular economy, and sustainable strategy.

This badge certifies that the holder has completed all requirements to be recognized as a Coach Pa Futuro (CPF) in the field of digital transformation. This professional is equipped with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in AI, CRM, ERP, and e-commerce to help small businesses thrive in the digital age.

Issued by organiser or scanning QR code
This badge is awarded by the Ministry of Economic Development to coaches that have been approved as "Coach Pa Futuro" for Digitilization, after meeting the following criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in (International) Business and Digitalization, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship or related training, or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of work experience as an SME consultant/coach
- Completed at least four (4) online Content Courses
- Completed at least one (1) online Business Advisor Course
- Up-to-date Linkedin profile, including the courses taken with corresponding digital certificates
- Registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Curaçao and possess a Crib Number
- Registered with Curaçao Business Point
- Most CPF are also coaches for Curaçao MiNEGOSHI Shared and Support Services, which offers subsidized fees to qualifying Small and Medium Enterprises. To be able to work under that umbrella, the CPF has also been screened and approved by the 'Curaçao Stichting MKB Fondsen' (Curaçao Foundation for SME Funds)
