The Role of the Group Leader in Youth Exchanges
We start with sharing whats was the Cherry of the Cake for you being a youth leader in youth exchanges. Then the task was to identify the roles of the group leader in three different phases: preparation, implementation and evaluation/dissemination of projects. Groups identifed 5 key elements for each phase of the youth exchange. We concluded the activity trying to identify competences within European Training Strategy Competence Model for Youth Workers that work internationally that are most relevant to the role of youth leader in youth exchanges.
