Growth Tree
The earner of this badge participated in the Job Lab training session "Growth Tree" as a part of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employment project. The aim of this training session was to learn to track professional growth.
This badge is the digitally verified micro-credential that the participant can track and reflect on his/her professional actions and decisions, with the help of the tool "Growth Tree".
The project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
