Work experience and placement
Earners of this badge participated in the work experience and placement training session on career planning as part of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employability project. The aim of this training session was to understand the importance of work experience and placement and learn new work trends, business expectations to young people.
This badge is the digitally verified micro-credential that you got to know the following:
- 21st-century skills and their impact on successful career development paths;
- how to gain work experience;
- work placement possibilities and advantages;
- development of an action plan.
The project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
