Effective communication
Earners of this badge participated in the effective communication training session on empowerment as part of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employability project. The aim of this training session was to raise the confidence, recognize potential and understand the importance of assertive behavior and communication as part of empowerment.
This badge is the digitally verified micro-credential that you got to know the following:
- importance of assertive behavior;
- how to react in an assertive way in personal and vocational situations;
- methods and techniques for identifying strong points, things you are good at.
The project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
