People have dreams and aspirations. Some want to be professional magicians, some want to be happy and some want to be good parents. People want to be their best self at one point in their life. Before reaching it, you need to know which one is that point. Do you know what your best aspirations are? Have this Visualization exercise. Write a short letter to the future best-self and share with him/her what are your highest aspirations and how you are going to reach them.

Here are some tips to write it:
Make it inspirational (Don’t be afraid to dream big, but try to be realistic)
Make it specific (have clarity about your future, so you can more easily envision it. Challenge yourself to be curious about the possibilities, and consider what your new story might be).
Make it positive (it might be hard not to focus on the negativity of your life, but you can use that negativity to reframe your experiences in a positive manner to help you move forward and envision your desired results).
