Identifying hard and soft skills you are good at and things you are not good at:
Hard skills refer to the technical knowledge or training you have gotten through experience. They are specific and essential to each job and are used for completing your tasks. More information and examples of hard skills can be found here
Soft skills, on the other hand, are attributes and habits that describe how you work individually or with others. They are not specific to a job, but indirectly help you adapt to the work environment and company culture. More information and examples of soft skills can be found here

Task: Describe 10 hard skills that you master. You can check earned certificates and diplomas to see which hard skills you master. Or think about volunteer work, friend groups, technical things at home that you solve and get your inspiration from there.

Task 2: Describe 10 soft skills that you master. You can think yourself about the soft skills that you master, but you can also ask friends, colleagues, teachers, coaches how they see you as a person and what they think your soft skills are.
