Earners of this badge tend to successfully reflect on themselves, have information management skills and work with others in a constructive way. Good team players! Effective time and information management allows them to maintain resilience in learning and career. Personal competences include the ability to cope with uncertainty and complexity, learn to learn, support one’s physical and emotional well-being, empathize and manage conflict are hallmarks of this competence set. Having an underlying knowledge of methodologies for learning and adapting them to groups, projects and activities are higher level skills. Coordination with other groups and organizations as well as successfully mobilizing resources and facilitating relationship building are key achievements.
