S.W.O.T. stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. It's a useful tool to better understand yourself and your situation and to make informed decisions.

This exercise will help you identify your own strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats in your life. The exercise is set up as a playlist consisting of 6 activities including this introductory activity.

You have 30 minutes to complete the total playlist. Take the time to think thoroughly and be honest with yourself. These skills will help you make important decisions in the future and plan for your personal and professional growth.
