Earners of this badge evaluated their indvidual, work-based and professional need or competence and skill development within the field of international youth work. They identified, which topics and questions do matter for individual devleopment and what they want to tackle in a training course as their individual learning experience. Additionally they learned, how they can find training opportunities, which are matching there needs and are ready to go for such learning experiences.
