Earners of this badge did explore their individual pathway towards a volunteering experience. They have been introduced to the field of international youth work and the concept and frame of volunteering and developed a deeper understanding of what a voluntary service is about. Furthermore they reflected on their own expectations and whether an volunteering opportunity is matching their individual (learning) needs and lifestyle environments. They got to know ways to find a volunteering opportunity based on their needs and interests and received tips, how to apply for such experiences. Holding this badge, they are eligible and prepared to go for a volunteering experience.
