Badge Creation with tenderness

Badge earners developed knowledge about Open Badges through exchanging experiences with people from a diverse network (sectors and countries). The exchange took place in a safe place, where the concept of “tenderness” was embraced, qualities such as active participation and listening were prioritised. This badge certifies the badge earner's awareness of prioritising the method of “tenderness” in badge creation and future dissemination to other people/organizations.

This badge was designed and earned through participation in the International training on quality in badge recognition which took place in Sremski Karlovci, Serbia, on May 20-25th 2024, organised by partners of the Cities of Learning Network in the framework of the Quality Label for Badge Recognition Erasmus+ project.
