Puzzle

During the 4-day training in Sremski Karlovci, Serbia, participants collect little pieces of a big puzzle called Quality in Badge Recognition. 
Every piece represents something they learned and/or discovered during these days and that can carry with them back home.
This is a special puzzle without corners, you can for example add or remove pieces whenever you need it, or change their position and size.

Task no.1

Think about what you learned or/and discover in the training. Anything you can think of can be a piece of your puzzle to bring back home with you. 
Write at least 3 things you learned or/and discover during the training and describe how they would be if they were a piece of a puzzle (size, color, shape, texture…)

Now it’s time to assemble the puzzle to have it always in front of your eyes.
With your list combine the pieces and imagine your next steps. Every piece can help you in something when you come back home and start to work for badge recognition. Write down your next steps and what you’re going to do and how your pieces can help you in every step.
