You gain this badge if you become an assessor which is able to assess a candidate from which the level of assessment cann't established at forehand. Because the environment is complex, most times international and depends on cooperation with NGO's and formal and non formal education, businesses and governmental institutions.
You are able in an intake interview to investigate the level that will be the starting point for the assessment. You do this in cooperation of the candidate on basis of the interview, a portfolio that is available, a description of the complexity of the environment and the different roles and tasks that are fulfilled. In cooperation with the candidate you determine which competences demand special attention in the assessment interview. Various competences may be asessed at different levels in the EQF framework.

1. Find a candidate and have a intake interview
