This badge is awarded to individuals who have shown exceptional organizational skills and dedication in planning and facilitating meetings within the Young Co(L)-Creators of the Cities of Learning Network. As a meeting organiser, you play a crucial role in ensuring that the Young Co(L)-Creators local, national or international team meetings and other gatherings run smoothly and effectively, fostering collaboration and communication among participants.
Your responsibilities include at least one of the following points:
- Planning and organising Young Co(L)-Creators local/national/international team meetings and other important gatherings, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
- Preparing agendas, coordinating with speakers, and ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are available for the meetings.
- Facilitating meetings to ensure they are productive, inclusive, and aligned with the programme’s goals and initiatives.
- Following up on action items and decisions made during meetings, ensuring accountability and progress.
- Contributing ideas and feedback to improve the meeting processes and enhance participant engagement.
- Volunteering for tasks that support the overall coordination and communication within your organisation and/or COL Network teams and projects.
