How to organize Living Library?

Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities

During the workshop that you attended, you took part in the Living Library simulation and learned about different volunteer roles. Let's do a brief overview of the four main volunteer roles:

  • Librarians: Event hosts and guest coordinators.
  • Volunteer Hosts: Timekeepers and coordinators for books.
  • Support Team: Conflict resolution and emotional support.
  • Volunteer Reporter: Collects feedback from books, volunteers, and visitors.

Now, it's time to reflect on what you have learned!
