- Which of these challenges do you recognise most in your context?
- How do you balance creative freedom, safety, and civic impact?
- What role do cooperation, risk awareness, and advocacy play in your work?
3. Choose one challenge — e.g. political risk, institutional barriers, or sustainability — and create a short reflection or visual representation on how you could navigate it differently.
