Junior Leader Training
Many young people want to take on leadership roles but lack the skills, confidence or experience to do so effectively. Junior Leadership training helps bridge that gap by providing practical tools, guidance and real-life leadership experience within their youth club/ group.
The aim of this programme is to equip young people with the confidence, skills and understanding needed to take on positive leadership roles within their youth group and community.
Objectives:
To develop young people’s communication and active listening skills.
To build confidence in speaking, contributing and leading activities.
To strengthen teamwork and collaboration skills.
To increase understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities.
To develop problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
To provide practical opportunities for young people to plan and lead activities.
