One of the core emotional intelligence skills is social skills. 
Social skills are essential for workplace success. Also called “interpersonal skills,” social skills are what we all use to interact and communicate with other people. These skills include both verbal skills (the way you speak to other people) and nonverbal skills (your body language, gestures, and eye contact).
In the following video by TED, Julian Treasure will explain how to speak so that people want to listen. 
Furthermore, the worksheet will give you an opportunity to reflect on this topic and think about the social skills that you find important and skills that you would like to improve.
