Tasks
Task no.1
Evidence verified by: one activity organiser
Example No.1:
The company you work for has many different departments. Because of your position, you work with several of them. There is one colleague who is not part of your team, but you have to work together on a daily basis. This colleague is constantly late for work, neglects his duties and often contacts you after working hours and asks you to help him with tasks that are not yours. How would you handle this situation? Who would you approach and in what order?
Task no.2
Evidence verified by: one activity organiser
Example No 2:
The team you belong to in your company consists of many different people. Whenever you have to make a joint decision, you hear many opinions, often conflicting, and everyone who expresses themselves wants to get their way. This causes you a lot of stress and unwillingness to cooperate with others and of course problems with the effectiveness of the team, because you happen to delay many times in making decisions or there are arguments about the decisions you make. How would you handle this situation?
