In the past few years, an increasing number of organisations have been exploring what is going on around and how digital transformation is shaping young people's lives and youth work. Based on SALTO Participation and Information Resource Centre provided a definition:
"Digital transformation is understood as a multi-stakeholder and inclusive process encompassing the co-design, implementation and utilisation of people-centred digital technologies with and by young people, youth workers and other relevant stakeholders. Digital transformation changes the way most areas of the youth field operate. Digital transformation describes the evolving integration of digital technologies into social, economic, and cultural processes and structures"

SALTO Participation and Information Resource Centre (SALTO PI) has launched several resources exploring various aspects of digital transformation. Watch this video to explore these aspects and why is it important to consider societal changes in our lives.
