Tijdens jouw MDT-traject bij StartmotorTALENT werk je aan tien waardevolle werkskills. Elke werkskill vertegenwoordigt een specifieke vaardigheid die je hebt ontwikkeld. Je kunt digitale badges verdienen voor elke behaalde werkskill.
