Welcome to the "Habit 6: Synergy & Habit 7: Renewal" Activity!
In this final activity, we will delve into two transformative habits from Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People that will help you identify and harness the power of effective teamwork and personal renewal.

You’ll learn the importance of regularly revitalising your mind, body, and spirit to maintain peak performance and balance in life.Together, these habits will guide you toward greater creativity, collaboration, and long-term well-being as you develop a holistic approach to effectiveness. Let’s synergize and stay renewed as we continue this journey toward self-mastery!
