This is the staff training for people involved in implementation of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employability project. The aim of this training is to develop capacity of partners to use digital Open Badges and platform for Cities of Learning.
As a results of this staff training participants will be able to use badges for validation and recognition of learning and skills of young people.

The expert team of Lithuanian associatian of non-formal education will deliver this staff training.
The project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.

Earners of this badge participated in the staff training for people involved in implementation of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employability project. The aim of this training is to develop capacity of partners to use digital Open Badges and platform for Cities of Learning. During the staff training participants could learn about:•    good practice examples of recognition and endorsement of activities, playlist and badges on the platform•    teamwork activities on mapping stakeholders and prioritizing them•    showcasing and explaining all the steps of using the platform to manage endorsement
