Bringing together values and principles - and some other concepts - leads us to ethics. This is a concept that’s a lot about decision making and helping us make ‘good’ decisions, rather than ‘bad’ ones. This is your chance to understand ethics in a bit more detail, and consider your own.

Think about a time where you’ve had to make a difficult choice where there were two ‘right’ decisions - like the one described in the video. Share it here along with the decision you made and what values and principles you think influenced your decision.

Work with a friend to share and discuss the scenario you both came up with. Discover if either of you would have made a different ‘right’ choice and your reasons why you might have acted differently. Share what you found here.

How can our ethics influence and shape how we live our lives? How can our ethics influence what we eat and what we wear? Can you share examples and how they inform you in making the decisions and choices you do?
