S.W.O.T. stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. It's a useful tool to better understand yourself and your situation and to make informed decisions.

To grasp this concept, we will start with a short video that provides an overview of what a S.W.O.T. analysis entails. Watch this video, which will not exceed 2.20 minutes, before proceeding with the assignment:
