Treasure Hunt Concept Designer
This badge is awarded to youth workers who have developed a creative and well-structured concept for a treasure hunt that can be used in youth work or training settings. The focus is on designing an activity that supports learning, participation, or exploration — even if the activity hasn’t yet been implemented.
Using a provided concept template, badge earners outline the core idea, educational purpose, target group, setting (physical, digital, or hybrid), and proposed flow of the activity:

1. Download and complete the Treasure Hunt Concept Template
Use the provided document to clearly describe:
- The goal and learning objectives of your treasure hunt
- The target group it is designed for
- The setting (digital, in-person, or hybrid)
- The flow of the activity (phases, challenges, path)
- Digital tools or methods that could be used (if applicable)
2. Present Your Concept and share your idea with the group and facilitator
- by uploading your presentation, video, or visual storyboard
- and through life presentation for a group of learners
3. Download & complete the Concept Report Template covering the following elemnts:
- Documentation of Your Digital Treasure Hunt Concept
- Reflect on the feedback you received after your concept presentation.
- Discuss what you would change or ad based on that input and how other presentations may have inspired your own.
- Summarize your key insights: “What are key essentials for a successful digital treasure hunt concept?”
4. Write a Personal reflection on the experience:
• How did you feel during the planning, preparation, implementation and reflection process?
• What did you gain from the experience – personally or professionally?
All Steps must be completed and review by a course facilitator to receive the badge.
