Dragon behavior is a survival reaction. It's the moment when you feel the need to protect yourself. This reaction can show in different ways. One person might fight, while another prefers to run away from the situation. With dragon behavior, you hide from what you don't want to show (yet). These are the unpleasant moments you keep facing. How great is it when you know they are learning moments? When you recognize your 'dragon,' you learn and take a step in your personal development.

Talent behavior always serves others. It's something you do effortlessly. It comes from a natural feeling, a sense that it's just logical to do it that way. It's your innate gift, something you are born with. Talent gives you a sense of flow; it makes your eyes shine, and you do it with great ease. You can keep doing it for hours.

You have completed day 2 of the Talent Journey. You have gained insight into your dragons and talents.
For the next 2 weeks, take time daily to reflect on your dragons. Practice recognizing the moments when you noticed you were using a dragon. How was it? What did you do to calm the dragon? Write your answers in your workbook.
FEEDBACK EXERCISE: Ask 5 people around you to write a short piece about you. Half a page on how they see you, what they think you are good at, and how they view your approach to life (this will give you more insight into your talents). Add these pages to your workbook.
