The objective of this online learning activity is to get to know each other and the program overview, introduce the competence assessment, learn and test the latest functionalities of the Cities of Learning platform, and have each partner team share insights and questions about assessment and open badges.

Activities of the day
Getting to know each other: To kick off the Study Visit, we start with an icebreaker activity to get to know each other. Each participant will introduce themselves, their background, their superskill and their public and secret expectations for this study visit.
Programme overview: Next, we have a presentation on the study visit programme. The presentation includes the objectives of the program, the roles of the partners, the timeline of the program, and the expected outcomes.
Introduction to the competence assessment: We will introduce the competence assessment on the Cities of Learning Programme. More information can be found also in the Help Centre.
Learning and testing the latest functionalities of the Cities of Learning platform: After the introduction to the competence assessment feature, we have a session on the latest functionalities of the Cities of Learning platform. The session covers how to use the platform to assess competencies, sharing insights and questions about competence assessment and badges.
Sharing insights and questions about assessment and open badges: To wrap up the online learning activity, each partner team will share their insights and questions about assessment.

This badge is earned for participating in the first day of the study visit 21st century skills competence frameworks and assessment in Lisbon 2023.

The holder of the badge will have worked either on their own or in a small group to reflect on the learning during this day and how to use it in personal and professional life.
