We will explore the science behind climate change, its effects on our planet, and what we can do to mitigate its impact. By the end of this workshop, you will better understand the urgency of this issue and the steps we can take to create a more sustainable future. Let's get started!

Task 1: Watch a video on the science behind climate change. After watching the video, note the key points discussed and be prepared to share with the group.

Task 2: Complete an activity on the effects of climate change in your local environment. Using a map or satellite image, identify an area in your community that has been affected by climate change. Write a brief description of what you observe, including changes in temperature, precipitation patterns, or vegetation.

Task 3: Research and report on a region that is particularly vulnerable to the effects of climate change. Choose a region experiencing extreme weather events, rising sea levels, or other impacts of climate change. Write a brief report summarizing the challenges faced by the region and the steps being taken to address them.

Task 4: Develop a personal action plan for reducing your carbon footprint. Based on what you have learned during this workshop, identify specific actions you can take to reduce your carbon emissions and mitigate the impact of climate change. Write down your plan and commit to implementing it over the next 6 months.
