It is time to empathize with others and thus develop alternative perspectives. The goal of this training session is to put you in the shoes of another person – in this case, your potential customer – in order to better adjust your idea (or its strategic marketing) to your target group.

After this training session, you will:
  • Analyse a potential customer and write down what he/she hears, see, says, thinks and feels.
  • Focus on what the customer perceives = the customer perspective
  • Create a personalised image of your clientele.
