Being a human means being in touch with your feelings and emotions. We trigger emotions whenever we manage or not to accomplish them. Look at the list of these emotions (it is not an exhaustive list) and identify the main emotions when you feel you failed and/or succeded. Let’s imagine you have just accomplished a task. Focus on the positive emotions you are feeling. What are the immediate reactions? Are you smiling? Do you feel self-empowered and ready to continue your good work? Is now your motivation higher than before? Describe in few words these emotions.
Tip: have a small (or a big) celebration each time you accomplish a task (it can be a simple self-hug or self-congratulation)
Think of something that best describe your emotions when you feel successful (a song, a painting or photo, a book, a film title….sky is the limit).
