Look at the list of these emotions (it is not an exhaustive list) and identify the main emotions when you feel you failed and/or succeded. Let’s imagine you have just accomplished a task. Focus on the positive emotions you are feeling. What are the immediate reactions? Are you smiling? Do you feel self-empowered and ready to continue your good work? Is now your motivation higher than before? Describe in few words these emotions.
Tip: have a small (or a big) celebration each time you accomplish a task (it can be a simple self-hug or self-congratulation)
